Parking: Parking is free and usually available, however when riding or winery events are taking place it can be hard to find parking.
From the parking lot head right and up the hill passed the stables. Enter the riding field through the gate following the path along the top edge of the field skirting the vineyards above you. As the vineyard ends a gate takes you from the Garrod property into the Open Space Preserve. At the top of the slope you'll join the ridge trail. Take the trail to the left up to the top of Nob Hill and enjoy the view. retrace your steps back to the ridge trail and turn left going counter-clockwise round Nob Hill. After you pass a water tower on the left you'll see another gate on to the Garrod property. Enter through the gate and keep the fence on your right following down back to the parking lot.
